refund/return policy

1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all products purchased online from our store (excluding specially noted items, such as customized or perishable products).

2. Return Conditions

Products must be in their original packaging, with all accessories, and free from signs of use or damage.
If the return is due to a quality issue or wrong item sent, our store covers the round-trip shipping cost; for returns not due to quality issues, the buyer bears the shipping cost.

3. Refund Process

Contact customer service to submit a return request, providing the order number and a description of the issue.
Once approved by customer service, the return address will be provided.
After receiving and verifying the returned product, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Products that exceed the return period.
Used, washed, or unsealed items that affect secondary sales (except for quality issues).
Special items marked as "non-returnable."

5. Warm Tips

Please keep the shipping receipt and the product's complete packaging to ensure a smooth return process.
When returning items, using a trackable courier is recommended to avoid the risk of loss.
